Giridhari is a PhD student at Northeastern University’s College of Computer and Information Science, advised by Alan Mislove. His research focuses in general on security and privacy in online social networks and their online advertising platforms.
In particular, his current research focuses on making online advertising platforms robust to potential attacks on user privacy, and has been covered by popular press outlets such as WIRED, Gizmodo, TechCrunch, BBC and CBS News.
