Terragraph Trial with Deutsche Telekom in Mikebuda, Hungary
Terragraph is a gigabit wireless technology designed to meet the growing demand for reliable, high-speed internet access in urban and suburban environments. To help evaluate Terragraph as a solution for high speed fixed broadband connectivity, Deutsche Telekom and its subsidiary Magyar Telekom – the largest Hungarian telecommunications firm – conducted trials in Hungary, using the technology to connect homes that previously only had only copper/DSL for broadband.
