I am passionate about crafting great experiences for people who are new to the internet. 
I lead research for several teams at Facebook (including a few from internet.org) who are focused on bringing the Next Billion onto the internet and spends over a third of the year regularly conducting fieldwork in markets such as Mexico, Brazil, Peru, India, Thailand, and the Philippines.
I have over 15 years of experience in research including industries ranging from automotive, consumer goods, technology, healthcare, and government.
