I lead the research for 7 teams across Facebook and Connectivity (formerly known as internet.org). My focus is on bringing the Next Billion onto the internet and guiding product teams to create quality experiences for people with low digital literacy.

I spend over a third of the year regularly conducting fieldwork in markets such as Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Kenya, India, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.

I have over 15 years of experience in research across multiple industries ranging from luxury automotive, consumer goods, technology, healthcare and government.
