I completed my BA in psychology & social behavior at the University of California – Irvine with a focus on cross-cultural psychology. After that, I worked in the healthcare industry for a few years before earning my MS in Human Factors & Ergonomics from the Charles W. Davidson College of Engineering at San Jose State University where I concentrated on Human-Computer Interaction. Before this, I was a research program manager at Google and an intern at eBay and Panasonic. I joined Facebook as a part of the Research Associate Program (RAP) and I am now a UX Researcher on the Messenger team where I employ a mixed methods approach to understand and learn about our users.
