I lead user experience research on our Ads Measurement products, which help advertisers understand the effectiveness of their marketing strategy. I use qualitative and quantitative methods to study the cultural beliefs and practices of large advertisers and agencies. My superpower is telling compelling stories around complicated organizational workflows. Prior to joining Facebook, I was a senior UX researcher at Google and then Microsoft working on social communication and social search products. I received my PhD in Human-Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington. I am based in Seattle.
