I am a UX Researcher at Facebook within the Customer Care team within Enterprise Products. Basically what that means is I work on our help products, getting users the help they need when they need it. Before this team, I worked on our Knowledge Management team, Goodwill team, and Ads team focused on the travel vertical, all within Facebook.
Before Facebook, I worked as the Global Head of Customer Experience for ParkJockey, (now Reef Technology), and consulted for several start-ups in UX research and design.
