I am a behavioral scientist on Facebook’s User Experience Researcher team. Before joining Facebook, I earned my Ph.D. in Consumer Behavior from London Business School where my research was primarily focused on the effect of product design on consumer judgment and decision making. I also studied Psychology at Boston University and before that I studies Industrial Design and worked for a few years as a design and innovation consultant. My research at Facebook utilizes both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand how people experience, evaluate and relate to Facebook. My particular focus is on consumption experiences that start on Facebook.
