I have been at Facebook since January 2015 and lead UX Research on Mobile App Install Ads. My research focusses on understanding workflows and behaviors of our large advertisers, small and medium developers, and our consumers. Prior to Facebook, I contributed to the development of productivity, developer tools, portal, and mobile app experiences at Microsoft and CA. I have a Masters in Computer Science from Virginia Tech where I studied the effect of virtual environment displays on human cognition. I have publications in the fields of virtual reality and remote usability.
