I am a quantitative user experience researcher on the ads interfaces team at Facebook. I studied economics (BA) and management science and engineering (MS) at Stanford, where my undergraduate honors thesis examined expenditure patterns among food stamp recipients. I have worked as a researcher at Google where I measured AdWords customer sentiment and analyzed drivers of customer satisfaction. While there, I co-authored a survey research paper on using yes-no answers versus check all that apply which was published in the International Journal of Market Research. After Google, I worked at a small market research company, composing and managing B2B tracking surveys.
