I am a UX Researcher on Instagram focused on Growth. Before joining Facebook/Instagram, I worked at Netflix in Consumer Insights on research related to Communications, Advertising Effectiveness, logo and ident redesign, and using biometric methodologies to validate survey measures. Previous to Netflix I have also worked in research for Universal McCann, research supplier side, and started my work in the field at Mattel in Large Doll/Small Doll research. I earned my M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus in survey artifacts.
