I lead user experience research on Facebook Identity. I conduct qualitative research on how Facebook Login can be used to make more meaningful connections between people and businesses. I specialize in transparency, privacy and security concerns of people who use Facebook Login to connect with third-party apps and websites.

Prior to joining Facebook I conducted research for a variety of business and consumer-facing software companies including Concur, Amazon, HTC and Google.
