I am a user experience researcher working with the Atlas team in Seattle. I’m specifically interested in understanding how agencies use Atlas to track the performance of their ads and make educated decisions. Prior to joining Facebook I conducted research for a variety of business and consumer-facing software companies including Concur, Amazon, HTC, and Google. I believe strongly that the end goal of all of my research is to make software useable enough to help even the most novice user feel like a pro. I earned my MS in Human-Computer Interaction from University of Michigan and my BS in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
