I am a UX Researcher working on Ads Outcomes and I’m passionate about learning about humans as they do interesting, complex things with machines. I use both qualitative and quantitative methods in my work. I’m from Detroit and grew up and worked in the car industry (MS in Human Factors Engineering at the University of Michigan). Then I realized you could leave Detroit and moved to London to do a second masters degree at University College London in Human Computer Interaction and to work on the BBC’s iPlayer. I’m coming to Facebook from focusing on expert users at Autodesk (architects, engineers), Wells Fargo (enterprise bankers), and in UX agency work in London. I also love learning about the interaction of hardware and people and worked at Ford both with products and manufacturing ergonomics.
