I am a UX researcher on the Ads Delivery team, focused on the Travel vertical. I employ a variety of research methods in order to discover how to best help travel companies achieve their advertising goals while maintaining a positive user experience across Facebook products.
Prior to Facebook, I was a researcher in the ed-tech space, where I advocated for intuitive learning experiences for college students. My work in the UX realm also encompasses research on AI, e-commerce, and gaming. I hold a BS in psychology and an MS in human factors and ergonomics from San Jose State University.
