I am a user experience researcher for Facebook Analytics in Facebook Ads Measurement. I use qualitative and quantitative methods to study the motivations and challenges of advertises and marketers. My superpower is bridging our user’s needs into actionable insights for our engineers. Prior to joining Facebook, I was a senior UX researcher and manager at Intel working on trust in autonomous vehicles and wireless enterprise solutions. I received my PhD in industrial and systems engineering at North Carolina A&T State University. I am based in Seattle.
