I’m a Research Scientist working for the On-device AI team, focusing on building a compilation framework for custom AI accelerator targeting AR/VR devices. Prior to that, I was on the Server LLVM team, working on optimizing the run-time efficiency of Facebook backend services and improving C++ developer efficiency using compiler technologies.
Before joining Facebook I did my PhD in computer science at Princeton University, and prior to that I was working for Samsung Electronics, building a compiler for programmable accelerator called CGRA (Coarse-Grained Reconfigurable Array). I received my BS and MS from Seoul National University in South Korea.
