I’m a user experience researcher working on Publisher Solutions at Facebook. I use a variety of methodologies to help understand how we can make Facebook tools better for publishers. Before joining Facebook, I was a research psychologist at Goldsmiths University and i2 media research, where I primarily worked on the evaluation and optimisation of digital and traditional media products and services, focusing on user experience, effectiveness, accessibility and monetisation. I received my M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Social and Work Psychology from the University of Padova.
