I’m a user experience researcher working on the Growth team at Facebook. More specifically, I explore ways to improve the user experience in Messenger using both quantitative and qualitative research methods. As an undergraduate, I went to UC Santa Barbara and double majored in psychology and French, and had the amazing opportunity to study abroad in France for a year. I received my PhD in social psychology from UC Berkeley, where I studied intergroup relations and people’s perceptions of immigrants and immigration policy in the U.S. During my summers in graduate school, I worked in user experience research at Google X as well as at Mozilla. I speak Spanish and French, and I love traveling and playing soccer.
