I am a pathfinding researcher supporting the Sharing team at Facebook. I lead foundational and future-facing ethnographic inquiries into topics such as people’s motivations to share, visual creativity and the connection between photography and memory.
Before Facebook, I led foresight, trends and innovation research at Fitbit, Samsung and FIAT. My graduate work at the University of Oxford (MA, material anthropology) focused on photography and self representation. I am an adjunct professor at California College of the Arts, where I teach design research methods.
