I joined the Facebook Research team in June 2016 as a rotational user experience researcher, and I am currently working on the Search team in a primarily quantitative capacity. Prior to switching coasts, I received both my B.A. and M.A. in neuroscience from Wesleyan University, studying the effects of emotion and personality on cognitive processes like decision making and attentional allocation. I’m passionate about protecting and improving user experience, and am particularly interested in the emotional and social impacts of immersive virtual reality experiences.
