I am a user experience researcher that uncovers advertiser challenges for our ads design teams. I rely on a background in marketing to understand the language of our advertising partners and training in user experience to apply research methods to learn from our customers.
Before Facebook, I explored the market viability and customer needs of pet tech products, informed public transit service designs for citizens with physical disabilities, and consulted on merger & acquisition targets for companies with external innovation/growth goals. I hold a M.S. in Human Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech and a B.S. in Marketing from Berry College.
Service design, ethnographic research, participatory design, UX strategy, dark patterns, wearables, the intersection of UX + marketing, and pet tech.
