I am a researcher working on the Ads team at Facebook. Prior to joining Facebook, I was leading research and design at startup HealthLoop for 5 years, where I conducted research on clinical care teams and patients to develop products to disrupt the orthopedic surgery experience. My background also covers studying sharing behavior among seniors in urban spaces with Deutsche Telekom Laboratories and the future mobility needs of women with Volkswagen Future Research Group. During my MA studies in integrated design with emphasis on service design at Köln International School of Design, I focused on understanding the relationship between trust and intangible goods.
My passions lie in understanding people, empowering cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and evangelizing the value of human-centered design and design research across organizations.
