I am an organizational research scientist working as part of the learning strategy team for Facebook’s global operations to guide us into the future of learning. My work is underpinned by a deep knowledge of learning science research, industry best practices and technology innovations in partnership with our product teams. This allows us to facilitate knowledge transfer, develop skills, and elevate performance.
I have a passion for pracademia and how research inspires practice and application informs scholarship. I have 15 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, human resources, communication, learning design, facilitation, operating models, organization design, team development, culture, change strategy and coaching across both mature and emerging markets.
I hold degrees in IO Psychology, computer science, statistics and linguistics. I am also a trained nutritional therapist, agile scrum master and design thinking coach. I am a certified MCC leadership coach through the International Coach Federation and a Gallup-certified strengths coach and a positive psychology advocate.
