I lead the UX research learning and development programs for Facebook. I am responsible for building out the research organization’s continuing education programs, management training, strategic plans and development roadmaps for learning opportunities and initiatives, including policy, research methodology, tools and data trainings.

My doctoral research was on the Impact of Technology Leaders in Underrepresented Groups on Innovation and Meaning Making. I also hold a master’s degree in organizational leadership, from Brandman University, part of Chapman University, where my thesis was on Guiding Leadership Through Technologies in the Development of Transformative Organizational Cultures. Other academic achievements and work include Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business in Corporate Innovation and Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Chapman University.

I currently serve as Co-Founder and Vice Chair of Urban City Fresh in Atlanta, a 501(c)3 nonprofit focused on food education, and I mentored with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Orange County and Los Angeles. Prior to Facebook, I was Senior Learning Consultant at Twitter, Director of Organizational Development at PeopleLab in San Francisco, Organizational Development Consultant at Irvine Company, and acted as a global leadership and executive consultant to high growth start ups, Fortune 500 companies and AM Law 100 firms.
