I am the program lead and project manager for the UX research team’s Learning and Development program. I am responsible for building out a strategic plan and roadmap for learning and development opportunities and initiatives, including the Continued Education Series, and policy and data trainings. I am concurrently completing my dissertation focused on how diverse leaders of technology organizations create impact and meaning through innovation.
Prior to Facebook, I served as a senior learning consultant at Twitter, designing and delivering various learning and development projects in North America and APAC. My experience also includes acting as a global organizational development consultant, where I design, develop, and implement leadership and talent development projects across a diverse portfolio of organizations.
I hold a masters degree in organizational leadership, MBA work at Stanford University, and undergraduate work in business and sociology at Chapman University and Brandman University, respectively. I also serve as the vice chair of Urban City Fresh, a 501(c)3 nonprofit focused on food education, and am a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
