I’m a UX researcher on the Locations team focusing on consumer products. Prior to Facebook, I worked at a consulting firm in Austin designing, creating and executing the firm’s global research projects. I received my PhD in social psychology from UCLA with a focus on understanding the ways in which prejudice, social stigma and racism influence mental and physical health. I enjoy using my quantitative and qualitative background to figure out the barriers that may hinder the ways consumers interact with various aspects of Facebook’s Location services. My goal is to ultimately make people’s lives richer, more meaningful and more productive by providing them with compelling experiences. In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog Riley, playing sports and eating yummy food.
