I am an electro-optical systems engineer in Facebook Connectivity. My research interests range from novel optical communications technologies, including free-space optical communications, to wireless signal propagation modeling. Prior to joining Facebook, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Ecole Normale Superieure working on degenerate Bose-Fermi gas mixtures and a research scientist at Columbia University working on molecular clocks. I completed my PhD in quantum physics at MIT studying ion-atom collisions and ion-photon storage systems.
Interests
