I lead UX research for the Stories Engagement team at Instagram NYC. My expertise is mainly in qualitative research, though my background has spanned web analytics and some quantitative research. Prior to joining Facebook, I led UX research for a number of digital products at The New York Times including the homepage, article pages, new article formats, and prototyping within the NYT’s innovation lab. My undergraduate degrees are in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, and the History of Art, from the University of Pennsylvania.
