I am a user experience researcher on the Ads Measurement team. My focus and passion is in qualitative, generative and strategic research that utilizes creative techniques to deeply understand and get at the heart of implicit and tacit user knowledge. My ultimate goal as a researcher is to build and improve products for people by solving user needs. I have training and education in design and human behavior from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, Parsons School of Design and the University of Washington.
Before joining Facebook, I worked on improving experiences for Xbox, Windows, GE Healthcare, OXO (GoodGrips) and the renowned User Experience consulting agency, Adaptive Path.
