I am a Qualitative UX Researcher at Facebook, currently working on Ads & Business Platforms, specifically around how to bring business into an omni-channel world of commerce. Prior to working at Facebook, I spent time in the public sector, working for the UK Home Office, Ministry of Justice and the Department for Education. I also have a significant background in the private sector, working as a user researcher for a large telecommunications company as well as client facing user experience consultant for IBM and Accenture. I am originally from the US, where I earned my Master’s and PhD in Human Factors at the University of South Florida.
