I am a mixed methods UX researcher with Messenger where I use both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand how people use messaging apps. Before joining Facebook I did my PhD in Organizational Behavior at London Business School, focusing on moral judgement and decision-making. In my academic work, I focused on how subtle differences in communication can impact perception of morality and attributions of trust in interpersonal interactions.

Methodologies I have worked with include behavioral experiments, qualitative interviews, usability studies, diary studies, street intercepts and surveys.
