I started at Facebook as an Associate UX Researcher in August 2013 and transitioned to UX Researcher in May of 2014. Since I joined Facebook, I’ve run qualitative UX research with a wide variety of teams working on both new and established features. My work broadly focuses on the theme of discovery. Prior to Facebook, I earned a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MSI in Human-Computer Interaction from the School of Information at the University of Michigan. I’m most passionate about understanding how and why people use Facebook so that we design products that bring real utility to people’s lives.
