I have been a qualitative UX researcher at Facebook since 2015. I am currently working on the Ads team, specifically around market dynamics. Prior to working at Facebook, I worked for a user experience consultancy firm in San Francisco where I was able to utilize numerous methodologies while improving users’ experiences for the world’s leading brands. Prior to that, I studied applied social psychology at Loyola University Chicago.
