I have been a qualitative UX researcher at Facebook since 2015. I am currently working on the ads team, specifically around Market Dynamics. Prior to working at Facebook, I worked for a User Experience consultancy firm in San Francisco where I was able to utilize numerous methodologies while improving users’ experiences for the world’s leading brands. Prior to that, I studied Applied Social Psychology at Loyola University Chicago.
